About Us

OHomeCare is a business built from a compassion and concern for the aging by its original founder and her talented and committed team of caregivers. For my father, Jeff Jorgenson and I, we personally became aware of the need for better health care options for seniors when my mother began to face increasing challenges from years of living with Multiple Sclerosis. As a result, our company, Solterra Senior Living, was born.

Our vision at Solterra is simple. We want to help seniors live well, either in their own home or ours. We now own and operate five senior living communities in Colorado and Arizona and employ over 350 caring and compassionate team members who help our residents to live well daily.

From our experience, home care agencies often seem to come in one of two forms. They are either small single owner/operator businesses which sometimes lack substance and stability, or big corporations sometimes appearing very distant and disconnected from the individual needs of their local clients. We sought an existing home care provider with a unique blend of professionalism, local presence and an unyielding commitment to personalized care to bridge the gap between the two. We were fortunate to find OHomeCare, as it does just that.

Working with OHomeCare, we are now able to provide a full spectrum of senior service and care options. OHomeCare is now a division of Solterra at Home Services and remains securely connected with the well-established roots which have been planted here.
